This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it and what rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect through the contact form

When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect the details you enter:

• your name and email address (required)
• your phone number, company and country (optional)
• the topic you choose and your message

We use this information only to read and reply to your enquiry and to follow up on any conversation that comes from it. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.

Our legal basis is your request to contact us and our legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Where your data is stored

Contact form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account, provided by Google. Google may process data on servers outside your country. Only our team has access to the sheet.

If you email us directly, your message is handled by our email provider in the same way.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and delete it no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.

Hosting and server logs

Our website host automatically records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is necessary to deliver the site securely and is kept only for a short time. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and local storage

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• have it corrected or deleted
• restrict or object to how we process it
• receive it in a portable format
• lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority
